About CARE-NMD

CARE-NMD is a 3-year project to implement best-practice standards of care for Duchenne muscular dystrophy across Europe.

It brings together a network of leading care centres to evaluate existing treatment practices and implement newly agreed international consensus care recommendations. The impact of these recommendations upon patient quality of life will also be evaluated. 

CARE-NMD aims to improve accessibility to best-practice care for Duchenne through an inclusive networking approach, engaging care providers and patients directly. If you are part of the Duchenne community, see how you can get involved.
